LovePaper is run by Enzo Falvo and Jean Marcel, two individuals based in Brazil — an independent two-partner project, not an incorporated company. They are who you are contracting with when you pay, and who answer for these terms. Full supplier identification details are available on request at the email in section 10.
By using LovePaper, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
LovePaper is a platform that lets you create digital love letters and couple pages with premium design and a unique link for sharing. The service is offered for a one-time payment, with no subscription and no recurring charge.
You are entirely responsible for the content of the letter you create. It is prohibited to use LovePaper to create content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, incites hatred or violence, or violates the rights of third parties.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms. Whenever possible we notify you first at the email given at purchase; in serious cases or under a court order, removal may be immediate. Removal for violating these terms does not entitle you to a refund.
Payment is one-time and non-recurring. After confirmation, the letter receives a permanent link.
You have 14 calendar days from payment to request a full refund, with no need to justify. The first 7 days are the right of withdrawal guaranteed by article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code; the remaining 7 are a LovePaper courtesy. Just write to the email in section 10 — the refund is issued to the same payment method used at purchase.
We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance without prior notice.
After payment, the generated link is permanent. We do our best to keep it accessible indefinitely. If the service is ever discontinued, we will give at least 30 days' notice at the email given at purchase, leaving you time to save your content.
The design, code and LovePaper brand are the exclusive property of its creator. The content of the letters remains the property of the user who created them — we do not use your letter's text for any other purpose.
LovePaper is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, such as an opportunity missed because of temporary unavailability.
Nothing in these terms removes or limits the rights granted to you by the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, or by the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, including rights regarding faulty or defective service.
For questions, support, refunds, data deletion or complaints, the official channel is the email enzo.fvo@gmail.com. We reply within 5 business days.
These terms may be updated at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after publication — what you already bought remains governed by the terms in force on your purchase date.
